We collaborate to outline the scope of work, approach, deliverables, expected outputs and outcomes, timelines, and indicative budget. This can be documented in a proposal, concept note, terms of reference, engagement letter, or even a simple email exchange.
Step 3 — Confirm the Agreement
We finalize a clear agreement or letter of engagement defining objectives, deliverables, and responsibilities—ensuring alignment before work begins.
Step 4 — Implement Together
We proceed according to the agreed work plan, maintaining open communication, providing progress updates, and remaining flexible to adapt as we learn.
Step 5 — Evaluate & Learn
At the conclusion of each engagement, we reflect together on results, lessons learned, and client satisfaction—ensuring continuous improvement and shared accountability.
