Periods of transition and change are opportunities to step back, reflect, and realign. I support organizations in navigating these moments with clarity, participation, and purpose, helping them define strategies and processes that are both ambitious and actionable. My support typically includes:

  • Strategic Stock-Taking and Assessment. Conducting participatory reviews of strategy, programs, and operations to understand where the organization stands — what’s working, what’s changing, and where new energy or direction is needed.

  • Facilitated Convenings and Dialogues. Designing and facilitating workshops, retreats, and dialogues that bring teams, boards, and partners together to reflect, build shared understanding, and co-create pathways forward.

  • Strategy and Operational Planning. Supporting the development or refresh of strategic and operational plans — ensuring alignment between mission, resources, structure, and external realities.

  • Adaptive Implementation and Change Management. Helping organizations translate strategy into action through enabling and adaptation mechanisms, ensuring flexibility, learning, and accountability throughout implementation.

    Ongoing advisory and facilitation support during change or restructuring processes, including coaching and review sessions.
