I help sustainable development organizations and agencies navigate transition with intention, clarity, and confidence. I support leaders, Boards, executive teams, and leadership groups take stock, make sense of change. engage in productive dialogue, and navigate complexity with vision, direction, and practical pathways for action.

Approach

Envisioning and enacting change is a delicate, non-linear process. It involves engaging multiple stakeholders and interests, taking stock of complex changes in the external and internal environments, exploring different options and scenarios, prioritizing actions and directions, maintaining momentum - and more.

My approach is sensitive to these complex dynamics and supports processes and creates spaces for reflection, decision, and action. I work collaboratively with leaders and teams to combine analysis and stock-taking, immersive dialogue and generative conversations, action planning, and implementation support.

1. Baseline & Diagnosis. Understand where you stand: assess your current situation, identify external and internal pressure points, and surface emerging opportunities and scenarios. This stock-taking process blends different methodologies, including structured interviews and dialogue, custom-designed surveys and online assessments, facilitated workshops with Boards, executive teams, team members, or a blend. It is designed to align with the unique culture of each organization, thereby ensuring buy-in with both process and outputs.

2. Strategic Dialogue & Prioritization. Engage your leadership and stakeholders in structured, facilitated conversations to build shared understanding, alignment, and strategic priorities. I facilitate productive dialogue that enables a review of the current state, identification of key issues, challenges, and opportunities, surfacing of priority pathways and actions, and synergies and convergence among key stakeholders.

3. Strategic Pathways & Action Planning. Translate strategic insights into clear objectives, projects, and go-forward priorities and plans. I develop well-crafted, actionable plans and roadmaps, create buy-in via curated engagement, conversations, and reviews, and help define roles, resourcing, governance, and project management for successful implementation.

4. Accompaniment, Monitoring, Tracking, and Agile Adaptation. Support execution with regular progress reviews, adaptive management, and coaching for leadership alignment and organizational change. I facilitate lean implementation, project communication, ongoing collaboration, and reporting/communication of results


What I Bring

I bring over two decades of experience helping global NGOs, foundations, and international agencies design and develop complex organizations and programs, and supporting organizational development processes.

After spending ten years as a strategy and management consultant, I played senior executive roles on global non-profit and philanthropic contexts, developing and funding programs and supporting larger strategic and organizational changes. These advisory and executive experiences inform my approach, bringing both consulting know-how and lived experience to my work with clients and help organizations refocus, align, and move forward with purpose.
